Job summary

CAPYSWIM is seeking dedicated swim coaches in Singapore to guide students of all ages toward personal swimming goals. You will conduct one-to-one or group lessons, plan sessions, and model a positive, engaging coaching style tailored to each learner.

The role emphasizes water-safety knowledge and the ability to work with both children and adults, with a minimum one-year commitment and weekday/weekend availability. Training support is provided.

Qualifications

• Min commitment 1 year.
• Able to swim min 2 strokes.
• Available on some weekdays and weekends.
• Passionate, responsible and patient.
• Candidates must work with children and adults and are responsible for their water safety.

What You’ll Do:

What You Get:

• Earn from Minimum $35 per lesson and up to $55 per lesson (30 or 45 mins)

• You are able to choose your assignments based on your schedule, but must be able to commit to the assignment long term.
