Job summary

MOH Holdings (Singapore) is seeking a Manager to drive MOHH and MOHH Group’s sustainability agenda, spanning corporate strategy, GreenGov.SG implementation, reporting, climate risk, decarbonisation and data enablement.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, analytical capabilities and experience building governance and data foundations for sustainability reporting across a large public healthcare group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and professional qualifications in sustainability or risk management would be advantageous.
• Experience in corporate reporting, governance, data quality and internal controls.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional programmes and manage complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and embed MOHH's sustainability strategy across divisions.
• Coordinate GreenGov.SG requirements, scoring, data collection and reporting.
• Support group sustainability governance, risk, controls and disclosure processes.
• Lead GHG inventories, climate risk analysis and decarbonisation planning.
• Drive digital enablement for sustainability reporting, dashboards and data workflows.
• Engage stakeholders and deliver executive-ready updates and papers.
