Job summary

NHG Health is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager for the Sustainability Office in Singapore. The role focuses on coordinating sustainability programmes, managing reporting and compliance, and collaborating with NHG institutions to deliver outcomes aligned with national directives.

Responsibilities include implementing sustainability strategy, governance support, ESG reporting, carbon emissions management, and engagement activities with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related fields.
• Typically 5+ years of relevant experience in sustainability, ESG, or related functions.
• Familiarity with ESG frameworks, carbon reporting, and Singapore sustainability regulations preferred.
• Healthcare or public sector experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Sustainability Strategy Implementation: Coordinate implementation of NHG's sustainability initiatives across institutions and track milestones.
• Governance & Policy Support: Provide secretariat support and coordinate governance workstreams; help develop and implement policies.
• ESG Reporting: Lead data collection, validation, and consolidation; support materiality assessments and disclosures.
• Carbon Emissions Management: Maintain emissions dashboards and analyze trends; monitor reduction initiatives.
• GreenGov.SG & Regulatory Compliance: Liaise with authorities and ensure timely reporting and audit readiness.
• Engagement & Coordination: Plan sustainability events and coordinate with institutions for alignment.
• Any Other Duties as Assigned: Support additional tasks as needed.
