Job summary

STB Singapore Tourism Board is seeking a dedicated professional to support sustainability initiatives. You will engage with GSTC Destination Certification efforts for Singapore and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to advance STB’s sustainability strategy.

You will help organise industry conversations, contribute to the annual sustainability report, and oversee sustainability marketing and communications while tracking key indicators and aligning with reporting standards.

Qualifications

• Strong project management experience with ability to follow up on tasks in a timely manner.
• Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills.
• Background in communications, marketing, sustainability, business or finance.
• Good business acumen, analytical thinking and judgement.
• Ability to work effectively within STB and with external stakeholders.
• Demonstrates commitment, purpose and a willingness to learn and innovate.

Responsibilities

• Support GSTC Destination Certification efforts for Singapore and align with sustainability reporting standards.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for STB's sustainability strategy implementation.
• Organise Sustainable Tourism Conversations and manage event planning and execution.
• Convey sustainability management and reporting requirements to ensure alignment with standards.
• Contribute to STB's annual sustainability report content and collaboration with consultants.
• Oversee sustainability marketing and communication matters and provide updates on developments.
• Track and monitor sustainability indicators for reporting purposes.
• Support WOG sustainability meetings and other ad-hoc department objectives.
