Job summary

Singapore Tourism Board in Singapore seeks a dedicated professional to support Sustainable Tourism initiatives within the Sustainability and Reporting team. You will help GSTC Certification efforts for Singapore and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to advance STB's sustainability strategy.

In this role, you will help organize Sustainable Tourism Conversations, contribute to STB's annual sustainability report contents, and work with consultants to enhance reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong project management and ability to follow up on tasks in a timely manner.
• Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills.
• Background in communications, marketing, sustainability, business or finance.
• Strong business acumen, analytical thinking and judgement.
• Ability to work effectively within STB to achieve results and with external stakeholders.
• Demonstrates heart, commitment and purpose; innovative and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support GSTC Certification efforts for Singapore to affirm Singapore's sustainability efforts.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for STB's sustainability strategy.
• Organise Sustainable Tourism Conversations, an industry event, from planning to execution.
• Communicate sustainability management and reporting requirements to ensure alignment with reporting standards.
• Contribute to STB's annual sustainability report contents.
• Work with consultants to enhance STB sustainability report.
• Manage sustainability marketing and communications, including updates and materials.
• Track and monitor sustainability indicators for reporting purposes.
• Provide support for WOG sustainability meetings.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks aligned with department objectives.
