Job summary

Thriving Weeds Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager in Sustainability to work closely with founder Lip Teng on sustainability consultancy projects, waste audits, and data-driven initiatives.

You will lead and coordinate client engagements, conduct research on regulations and GHGe data, develop dashboards, proposals, and present insights to clients; there is hybrid work arrangement and opportunities to travel to client sites.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or Business Management.
0-2 years of experience in sustainability management or facilities management.
Strong communication skills; confident in coordinating with senior executives.
Excellent multitasking and coordination skills.
Strong analytical skills with data-driven insights and presentations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage sustainability projects for clients, including consultancy projects, education programs, and waste audits.
Research and analyze government regulations and sustainability data to generate client insights.
Create compelling presentation slides, insights, and dashboards for client proposals.
Coordinate with clients, offering professional advice to ensure regulatory compliance and carbon footprint reduction.
Engage in R&D and pilot launches with clients and research institutes.
Organize and coordinate client workshops, seminars, and trade shows to drive business development.
Work with local and overseas suppliers to ensure product quality and specifications.
Handle administrative tasks such as meeting coordination, PO and invoicing.
