Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking a proactive Venue Coordinator to be the key contact for partners, event organisers, tenants and visitors, ensuring the venue and programmes run smoothly in a sustainability hub. This hands-on role requires strong people skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.

You will oversee venue operations, coordinate bookings and manage community collaborations, tracking engagement and reporting outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in programme management, community engagement, events, stakeholder management or operations.
• Strong organisation and coordination skills, able to juggle multiple deadlines.
• Good communication skills and confident dealing with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in sustainability, education, events or social impact preferred.

Responsibilities

• Venue Operations: Manage daily operations and keep the space organised and ready for activities.
• Coordinate venue bookings, set-up needs and post-event follow-up.
• Liaise with organisers, partners, vendors and building management.
• Keep records of bookings and usage, ensure events follow venue guidelines.
