Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking a hands-on Venue Operations & Programme Coordinator to support a sustainability hub. You will be the key contact for partners, tenants and visitors, ensuring the venue and programmes run smoothly.

This one-year contract (possible extension) offers Monday–Friday 9am–6pm, near Farrer Park MRT, with a monthly salary up to SGD 4,500 plus a completion bonus. You will manage bookings and engage communities, coordinate events and maintain records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Communications, Events, Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Community Development or related field.
• Min. 2 years in programme management, community engagement, events, stakeholder management or operations.
• Strong organisation and coordination skills, able to juggle multiple deadlines.
• Good communication skills and confident dealing with diverse stakeholders.
• Sustainability, education, events or social impact experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and keep the space organised for activities.
• Coordinate venue bookings, setup needs and post-event follow-up.
• Liaise with organisers, partners, vendors and building management.
• Keep records of bookings and usage and ensure events follow guidelines.
• Be main contact for community, corporate, education and sustainability partners.
• Build relationships and follow up on collaborations.
• Maintain a stakeholder database and grow the community network.
• Plan and run activities for tenants, schools, families and the public.
• Work with tenants on joint sustainability programmes.
• Track engagement figures, prepare reports and gather feedback.
• Support talks, workshops, exhibitions and community activities.
• Coordinate registration, room setup, equipment and signage.
• Be on-site during events to troubleshoot and support evaluation.
• Suggest ideas for new programmes.
• Prepare programme materials, presentations and communications.
• Support social media and general administration.
• Keep accurate records of activities, partners and attendance.
