Job summary

CapitaLand Investment Limited in Singapore seeks a student intern in Sustainability to support external and internal stakeholders on global sustainability programs, decarbonisation, reporting and data tasks. You will conduct research, prepare presentations, and assist with special ESG projects.

The role offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration across properties and HQ functions and contributes to CapitaLand's responsible investment framework.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Sustainability, but other disciplines related to sustainability are welcome.
• Strong work ethic, initiative, ownership and a can-do attitude.
• Independent worker who is also a team player; has good organisational and planning skills, analytical and meticulous.
• Ability to work constructively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders whilst managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist to drive global external stakeholder engagements with consultants and suppliers (eg. Global sustainability programs - waste management and responsible sourcing, decarbonisation solutions, GSTC certification, etc.).
• Assist to drive global internal stakeholder engagements with global colleagues, properties and HQ functions (e.g. Sharing sessions, events, trainings, surveys, etc.).
• Provide support for ESG data related tasks (e.g. Analysis, Reporting, Benchmarking, Cleaning, Presentation, etc.).
• Conduct research and subsequent presentation preparation on sustainability related topics.
• Support the team on special projects when required.
