Job summary

Climate Asia PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Green Building Consultant to guide clients in adopting sustainable building practices and certifications.

You will lead data collection, analyses on energy efficiency, and prepare reports, while coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to meet sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering, Sustainability, or related field required.
• Professional certification such as LEED AP / WELL AP (commended) but not compulsory.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good working attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing documentation for Green Mark, LEED, WELL, and Wired score submissions.
• Coordinate with clients and consultants to gather data for submissions.
• Perform basic analyses on energy efficiency, lighting and HVAC systems.
• Provide technical support in energy efficiency and sustainability reports.
• Review drawings and specs for alignment with sustainability goals.
• Track project timelines and milestones; attend meetings and take minutes.
• Communicate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to align goals.
• Represent the ESD team in sustainability discussions.
• Maintain organized records of sustainability documentation.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and stay updated on trends.
