CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Engineer to lead ESG matters on-site and supervise sustainability efforts under contract. You will drive compliance with green standards, track energy, water, and waste data, and prepare regular sustainability reports.

The role requires at least 3 years in the built environment and credentials including CFME Tier 3 with SIFMA and GMAP. You will collaborate with stakeholders to advance environmental performance across CBRE sites in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), Building Services, Facility Management, or related discipline with proven facility management background.
• Minimally 3 years of relevant experience in the built environment sector.
• CFME Tier 3 with SIFMA and GMAP-certified.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with green specifications by procuring and using eco-labelled products and sustainable equipment.
• Monitor adherence to green building standards and certifications (Green Mark, ISO 46001, WEB).
• Track and analyse energy, water, and waste data; identify anomalies and suggest improvements.
• Prepare monthly and annual sustainability reports including utilities, waste metrics, and carbon emissions (Scope 1 & 2).
• Conduct audits and compliance checks (GreenGov.SG) for inspections and regulatory requirements.
• Lead waste, energy, and water management initiatives and optimisation measures for building operations.
• Implement and monitor sustainability programmes and commitments for continuous environmental performance improvement.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to develop resource management plans, environmental scorecards, and sustainability strategies.
• Promote sustainability awareness through engagement activities, training, and collaboration with occupants and partners.
