CSRWorks International is hiring Sustainability Associates to join our consulting team. You will work closely with senior consultants on live client engagements, contribute to high-quality client deliverables, and support the development of junior team members.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in sustainability, climate, GHG accounting, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience with sustainability reporting, assurance, and disclosures (e.g. EcoVadis, CDP).
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Ability to structure complex information clearly and communicate insights through written and presentation materials.

Responsabilités

• Deliver sustainability consulting engagements across reporting, climate and carbon management, ratings, and assurance.
• Take ownership of assigned project components, timelines, and deliverables.
• Research sustainability standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Collect, validate, analyse, and interpret data for client disclosures and assessments.
• Draft and review sections of sustainability reports, presentations, and client materials.
• Review and provide feedback on work prepared by Sustainability Analysts.
• Participate in client meetings, discussions, and workshops.
• Support project coordination, quality control, and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate effectively with team members across projects and geographies.
