Job summary

CSRWorks International is hiring entry-level Sustainability Analysts to join our consulting team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to build strong practical skills and a long-term career in sustainability consulting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Strong interest in sustainability, climate change, or corporate responsibility.
• Good research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Ability to structure information clearly and communicate insights through written and presentation materials.
• Attention to detail and comfort working with structured data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable using digital tools; familiarity with responsible use of AI is an advantage; programming skills will be an added advantage.
• Comfort working with numbers; basic statistical or data modelling skills are an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
• Willingness to work with clients and teams across different time zones when required.
• Prior internships or academic projects in sustainability are a plus, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support sustainability consulting engagements across reporting, climate and carbon management, sustainability ratings, and assurance.
• Research sustainability standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Collect, validate, and analyse data for client disclosures and assessments.
• Draft sections of sustainability reports, presentations, and client materials.
• Support project coordination, quality reviews, and timelines.
• Collaborate with team members across projects and geographies.
