CSRWorks International is a boutique sustainability advisory firm headquartered in Singapore. We are hiring entry-level, Japanese-speaking Sustainability Analysts to join our consulting team.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to build practical skills and a long-term career in sustainability consulting. You will work on real client projects from day one, contribute to professional deliverables, and learn directly from experienced practitioners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Native-level Japanese language proficiency and working-level English is mandatory.
• Strong interest in sustainability, climate change, or corporate responsibility.
• Good research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Ability to structure information clearly and communicate insights through written and presentation materials.
• Attention to detail and comfort working with structured data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable using digital tools; AI awareness is a plus; programming skills are an added advantage.
• Willingness to work with clients across different time zones when required.
• Prior internships or academic projects in sustainability are a plus, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support sustainability consulting engagements across reporting, climate and carbon management, sustainability ratings, and assurance
• Coordinate various sustainability projects for clients in Japan
• Research sustainability standards, regulations, and best practices
• Collect, validate, and analyse data for client disclosures and assessments
• Draft sections of sustainability reports, presentations, and client materials
• Support project coordination, quality reviews, and timelines
• Collaborate with team members across projects and geographies
