Job summary

Ant International seeks a strategic Sustainability Manager to drive global environmental initiatives from the Sustainability Office. You will shape and implement an evolving sustainability strategy, build internal culture, and elevate the company’s external profile.

With 5–7 years in corporate sustainability, you will lead carbon accounting efforts, disclosure reporting (ISSB/GRI/HKEx), and cross‑functional programs to deliver measurable impact across regions.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive experience in corporate sustainability or related fields.
• Strong understanding of carbon accounting (GHG Protocol Scope 1, 2, 3).
• Substantive knowledge of global sustainability disclosure mandates and climate risk.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine sustainability strategy aligned with evolving regulations and best practices.
• Oversee cross-functional delivery of environmental and sustainability initiatives.
• Partner with Organizational Culture to embed sustainability into corporate DNA.
• Design and deliver training to empower employees to adopt sustainable practices.
• Co-author the annual Sustainability Report and ensure alignment with ISSB/GRI/HKEx standards.
• Represent Ant International in external forums and coalitions to elevate profile.
