Job summary

COL33 PTE. LTD. is hiring enthusiastic Fresh Crew for our sushi kiosk in a mall setting in Singapore. You will assist with food preparation, packing, cashiering, and daily kiosk operations while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and service.

No sushi experience required; training will be provided. The role requires a friendly attitude, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility for shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• No sushi experience required; training will be provided.
• Experience in F&B, retail, cashier, or customer service is an advantage.
• Positive attitude, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Physically fit and comfortable with standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Prepare sushi, ingredients, sauces and other items per standards and recipes.
• Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders and provide accurate menu information.
• Cashiering & Sales: Operate POS, process payments, record daily sales.
• Kiosk Operations: Maintain cleanliness, display, and stock levels; assist with opening/closing.
• Food Safety & Hygiene: Maintain personal hygiene and comply with safety requirements.
