Job summary

Mizuki Tempura & Sushi, a Japanese fine dining restaurant at Orchard Road, Singapore, is hiring an experienced Sushi Head Chef. The successful candidate will lead the Mizuki kitchen, ensure top quality and drive menu development for Tempura and Sushi sessions.

Strong leadership and bilingual communication are valued. Candidates should have over 5 years in Japanese fine dining, with at least 2 years in a head chef role, and be able to uphold high standards of food quality while guiding the

Candidates Profile

+ Excellent inter-personal skills, highly motivated individual;

+ Excellent team player;

+ Excellent bi-lingual communication skills, both written and spoken, English and Mandarin. Japanese is an advantage but not essential.

Requirements

- Over 5 years relevant experience in the area of Japanese fine dining restaurant;

- At least 2 years in the position of head chef;

- Able to maintain high standard of food quality;

- Take full responsibility for food menu development;

- Capable to support every team in the kitchen of Mizuki, such as Tempura and Sushi session.
