Job summary

We are recruiting for a sushi kitchen position at Takashimaya, Great World City, Singapore. The role involves preparing sushi per standardized recipes, assisting in ingredient preparation, and maintaining hygiene across the kitchen and storage areas.

Candidates must be able to stand for long hours and perform manual labour. Reporting to the outlet in charge, you will join a dedicated team with opportunities for annual increments and bonuses, plus medical and workplace insurance.

Responsibilities

• All sushi food products prepared in compliance under standardized recipes and portion volume


• Participate in the preparation of ingredients and menu items


• Cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen equipment, storage and preparation areas, as well as the work surfaces according to the hygiene and cleanliness standards


• Know, master and apply the standards of hygiene and cleanliness


• Reporting to outlet in charge


• Able to stand long hours


• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude


• Ability to perform manual labour for extended periods of time

Benefits

• 6 days, 44 hours


• Retails hours - norm start from 8am, OT available
