Job summary

Medtronic in Singapore is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead and develop a team within our Surgical Innovations and Acute Care Monitoring business. You will drive sales performance, build strong partnerships with healthcare customers, and help bring innovative surgical solutions to healthcare professionals and patients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in sales/clinical/account management in medical devices or related industries.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading or mentoring others is a plus.
• Exposure to surgical/ operating room environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve business goals.
• Drive sales growth and market share across assigned accounts and territories.
