A client-focused service provider in Singapore is seeking a Front Desk Officer to assist customers at the front counter and manage enquiries. The ideal candidate should have a GCE ‘O’ Level, excellent communication skills, and a professional demeanor. Responsibilities include registering walk-in customers, handling telephone and email inquiries, and providing administrative support. Previous experience in customer service is an advantage. The position is located at Clementi MRT Station, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:15 am to 6:30 pm.
