Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an operations professional to coordinate BAU activities, including reporting cycles and stakeholder obligations, ensuring continuity alongside change delivery.

You will produce dashboards, KPI trackers, and operational scorecards to provide management with timely visibility into business-as-usual performance, and act as the first point of contact for BAU issues, triaging and routing queries.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage recurring activities, including operational reporting cycles, periodic reviews, and routine stakeholder obligations to ensure continuity alongside change delivery.
• Produce and maintain dashboards, KPI/KRI trackers, and operational scorecards, providing management with timely visibility into business-as-usual performance metrics.
• Serve as the first point of contact for BAU operational issues, triage, and route queries to the appropriate workstream or function, and maintain an issues log with resolution timelines.
