Job summary

The LVMH Fragrances & Cosmetics hub in Singapore (100 persons across 7 brands) is seeking a Supply Chain Quality Intern to refine the quality process flow and develop analytical tools to drive improvements. You will contribute to customer satisfaction by supporting quality initiatives across APAC.

Responsibilities include driving claims-management process optimization, performing UAT on new tools, rolling out tools to APAC sites, providing training, and developing weekly KPI tracking tools with

Qualifications

• Analytical skills and strong MS Office proficiency.
• Knowledge of SAP or any WMS software is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong project and change management skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset and team orientation.
• Customer and results oriented.

Responsibilities

• Drive process optimization in Claims Management.
• Perform UAT on evolution/ enhancements of a new on-line tool.
• Enhance communications and marketing of the new tool.
• Roll out the tool to new sites within APAC.
• Provide training to internal & external teams within APAC.
• Identify improvements and develop actions with the project committee.
• Gather evidence and determine root causes to secure quality in Ceva logistics.
• Perform quality analyses using data and auditing tools.
• Initiate corrective actions for deficiencies.
• Develop tools to facilitate weekly KPI reporting and action follow-up.
