Job summary

LVMH Fragrances & Cosmetics (Singapore) Pte Ltd is offering a Supply Chain Intern (Quality) for a 6-month program in Singapore. You will participate in refining the quality process flow and help develop analytical tools to drive quality improvements and customer satisfaction.

Key tasks include optimizing Claims Management processes, performing UAT for new tools, training teams across APAC, and enhancing data quality through root-cause analysis and KPI monitoring to secure service levels.

Qualifications

• Able to commit to a 6-month internship.
• Analytical mindset with strong MS Office skills (SAP/WMS a plus).
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong project management and change management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive process optimization in Claims Management; perform UAT on evolving online tools and roll-out to APAC sites.
• Develop and implement data quality improvements; conduct quality analyses and establish KPI tracking and action plans.
