Job summary

DADACONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain & Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end sourcing for servers, GPUs, networking gear, and data centre materials.

You will shape regional procurement strategy and collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Technical teams to ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery. The role requires 5+ years in cross-border procurement, strong supplier management, and fluency in Mandarin and English for coordination with suppliers across Chinese-speaking

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in cross-border procurement or import/export operations.
• Experience sourcing IT hardware (servers/GPUs/networking) is a bonus.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and cost-analysis skills.
• Familiarity with Incoterms and international logistics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end procurement and supply chain for servers, GPUs, networking, and data centre materials across regions.
• Build and manage a reliable supplier network to support growth and continuity.
• Lead RFQ processes, evaluate quotations, negotiate prices, and manage contracts.
• Manage purchase orders, lead times, and delivery schedules for accuracy.
• Handle international trade processes including Incoterms, customs clearance, and import/export logistics.
• Perform cost analyses and identify procurement cost-reduction opportunities.
• Monitor inventory levels and lead times to minimise stockouts and excess stock.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Technical, Warehouse, and regional teams to ensure seamless execution.

They are seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Procurement Manager to oversee end-to-end procurement and supply chain operations for servers, GPUs, networking equipment, and data centre-related materials. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement and supply chain operations for servers, GPUs, networking equipment, and data centre infrastructure materials across multiple regions
• Identify, evaluate, and develop a reliable and competitive supplier network to support business growth and operational continuity
• Lead RFQ processes, quotation evaluations, price negotiations, and contract management activities to secure competitive and commercially sound agreements
• Oversee purchase orders, supplier commitments, lead times, and delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment
• Manage international trade processes including Incoterms, customs clearance, and import/export logistics across cross-border supply chains
• Conduct cost analyses and proactively identify opportunities for cost reduction and procurement optimisation
• Monitor inventory levels and lead times to maintain adequate supply while minimising excess stockholding
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Sales, Technical, Warehouse, and cross-regional teams to ensure seamless procurement and supply chain execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, Engineering, or a related discipline, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in cross-border procurement, supply chain, or import/export operations
• Demonstrated experience sourcing IT hardware such as servers, GPUs, networking equipment, or data centre infrastructure (is a bonus)
• Strong knowledge of supplier sourcing, RFQ processes, quotation evaluation, negotiation, and vendor management, paired with solid capabilities in cost analysis and inventory management
• Familiarity with Incoterms, customs clearance procedures, and international logistics frameworks
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel; strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is required, as the role involves regular coordination with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and internal stakeholders based in Chinese-speaking regions
