You will design standardized workflows, partner with IT and analytics teams, and lead digitalization efforts to reduce manual work and improve decision quality.

You will translate business needs into requirements for dashboards, tools, and automated planning processes, while driving change management and user adoption across markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Demand Planning and S&OP/SIOP, with planning transformation.

Responsibilities

• Map, review and challenge regional planning processes to identify simplification and automation opportunities.
• Define common workflows and templates across countries and units while documenting justified local exceptions.
