Qualifications

• Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, S&OP or planning process excellence.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management and cross-functional facilitation skills.
• Experience translating business problems into requirements for analytical or digital solutions.
• Experience working across countries, functions and organizational levels.

Responsabilités

• Map and challenge regional planning processes to identify simplification opportunities.
• Define common workflows, business rules and templates across countries.
• Identify and prioritize digitalization opportunities based on value and feasibility.
• Translate needs into clear requirements for digital solutions and dashboards.
• Partner with Planning, Digital/IT and Data to deploy digital planning solutions.
• Automate repetitive planning activities and data handling tasks.
• Develop standard dashboards and data-driven management approaches.
• Support adoption and change management for planning tools and processes.
