Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, consolidate, and standardize warehouse and transportation processes into clear and structured SOPs.
- Design and execute operations audit programs to ensure compliance with SOPs.
- Implement corrective and preventive action plans to drive quality and reliability in ground operations.
- Partner with technology teams to prioritize, test, and roll out TMS product features and enhancements.
- Perform root cause analyses on operational issues and identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence.
Key Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in 3PL operations, supply chain management, process improvement, or logistics analytics is preferred.
- Proficient in WMS/TMS (enterprise level) and Microsoft Excel, with solid knowledge of SQL and Python for data analysis.
- Hands-on experience in quality management initiatives (e.g., 5S, Gemba Walks, SOP Adherence Audits) and familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Black Belt preferred).
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to drive adoption and change.
- Creative problem-solver with a strong continuous improvement mindset.
