Flex, a leading global electronics manufacturing services provider, is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist in Singapore to drive sourcing strategies, negotiate with suppliers, and optimize material costs. The role involves managing supplier relationships, cost reviews, and coordinating with customers on procurement decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in finance, materials sourcing, or supply chain roles, with a strong grasp of cost accounting and OEM

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, materials sourcing, commodity management or supply chain design/management.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, price trends and OEM product development processes.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and guides cost and pricing strategies for materials.
• Drives sourcing/pricing strategies in quotations to internal customers and suppliers.
• Manages regional supplier negotiations and supplier relationships.
• Tracks material cost performance and initiates corrective actions when needed.
• Coordinate sourcing strategies with Supply Management and customers.
• Participates in quarterly/monthly PPV processes and supplier performance reviews.
