Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Supply Chain/Purchasing professional to plan and purchase materials to meet sales requirements, while maintaining stock levels and coordinating with suppliers.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management or related fields, proficiency in ERP systems (SAP advantageous) and strong Excel skills. Located at Tuas Crescent with company transport from Marsiling & Jurong East MRT.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in ERP systems; familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan and purchase materials to meet sales needs while keeping stock.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders, maintain records and price lists, follow up with suppliers.
• Monitor deliveries, resolve delays, coordinate with freight forwarders.
• Consolidate shipments to reduce costs; prepare import documents for warehouse receiving.
• Work with suppliers to resolve damaged goods, shortages, or nonconforming items.
• Coordinate delivery, assembly or distribution to support production schedules and customer requirements.
• Create and maintain item master records in SAP; generate reports for purchasing and inventory.
• Liaise with Accounts to ensure timely supplier payments.

Basic Salary: $3,600-$4,200 per month + Bonuses

5-Day Work Week: Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5.15pm

Working Location: Tuas Crescent ( Company Transport: Marsiling & Jurong East MRT Stations )

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and purchase materials and parts to meet sales requirements while maintaining appropriate stock levels.
• Prepare and issue accurate purchase orders, maintain purchasing records and price lists, and follow up with suppliers.
• Monitor local and overseas deliveries, resolve delays, and coordinate shipment arrangements with freight forwarders.
• Consolidate shipments where possible to reduce shipping costs and prepare import documents and checklists for warehouse receiving.
• Work with suppliers to resolve damaged goods, shortages and items that do not meet specifications.
• Coordinate the delivery, assembly or distribution of parts and supplies to support production schedules and customer requirements.
• Create and maintain item master records in SAP and generate reports for purchasing and inventory analysis.
• Coordinate with the Accounts team to ensure timely supplier payments.
