Job summary

Mewah Group, a global food and agri-business with refineries and processing facilities across Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia, is seeking a Supply Chain Executive to support procurement and operational activities within the Dairy business.

You will manage the sourcing of dairy raw materials, maintain supplier relationships, optimize inventory levels, and coordinate with production, quality assurance, logistics and finance teams to align priorities and drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and relevant dairy procurement experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of dairy industry experience in procurement & operations.

Responsibilities

• Source and negotiate with suppliers for dairy raw materials and related products to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality and timely delivery.
• Conduct supplier performance evaluations and maintain long-term vendor partnerships.
• Monitor market trends, pricing and risks to support strategic sourcing decisions.
• Oversee daily dairy operations from procurement to delivery and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Track and optimize inventory levels to balance supply reliability and cost efficiency.

About the Role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Executive to support procurement and operational activities within our Dairy business. In this role, you will manage the sourcing of dairy raw materials, maintain strong supplier relationships, optimize inventory levels, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day supply chain operations.

Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will contribute to planning, forecasting, process improvements, and cost optimization while supporting business growth and operational excellence.

Procurement

Source and negotiate with suppliers for dairy raw materials and related products to ensure cost‑effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery.

Conduct supplier performance evaluations and maintain long‑term vendor partnerships.

Monitor market trends, pricing, and risks to support strategic sourcing decisions.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracts, and sustainability standards.

Operations

Oversee daily operations and supply chain activities within the dairy business, ensuring smooth end‑to‑end processes from procurement to delivery.

Work closely with production, quality assurance, logistics, and finance teams to align operational priorities with business needs.

Track and optimize inventory levels to balance supply reliability and cost efficiency.

Support planning, forecasting, and operational reporting to management.

Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, cost savings, and service levels.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Food Science, or related discipline.

Minimum 3 years of relevant dairy industry experience in procurement & operations.
