Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd seeks an experienced supply chain professional to lead end-to-end operations, including warehousing, inventory, transportation and distribution. You will monitor stock accuracy, manage 3PL providers, and drive continuous improvement, digitalisation, and safety compliance (WSH) across the network to boost efficiency and service levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, or a related field.
• Experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers is preferred.
• Experience leading continuous improvement, digitalization, or process enhancement projects is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of end-to-end supply chain operations, inventory management, logistics performance measurement, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including warehousing, inventory management, transportation, and distribution activities.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock levels, and warehouse utilization to ensure efficient storage and operational effectiveness.
• Manage and evaluate third-party logistics (3PL) providers and contractors to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinate material movements and delivery schedules to support operational requirements and timely customer fulfilment.
• Identify and implement process improvement, cost optimization, digitalisation, and automation initiatives to enhance supply chain performance.
• Prepare operational reports, conduct data analysis, and provide actionable insights to support business decision-making and performance improvement.
• Promote Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards through contractor management, risk assessments, safety inspections, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality management standards.
