Job summary

APRISIUM PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Supply Chain Executive to manage end-to-end supply for IoT sensor analysers, chemicals and equipment for R&D and deployment.

You will coordinate procurement, inventory, manufacturing planning, logistics and cross-functional sourcing to ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery as we scale our subscription-based solutions. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years in supply chain, logistics, or procurement roles.
  • Experience with IoT devices, sensors, or fluidics is a plus.
  • Familiarity with international supply chain processes and regulations, especially across China and Europe.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Supply Chain Management: manage procurement, inventory, warehousing, production planning, logistics and distribution to maintain a reliable end-to-end supply flow.
  • Procurement & Supplier Management: source materials, maintain supplier relationships, negotiate terms, monitor lead times and delivery performance.
  • Inventory & Demand Planning: maintain stock levels based on demand forecasts and production schedules; monitor inventory movement and risks.
  • Logistics & Distribution: coordinate domestic and international shipments, including ASEAN and European markets; prepare shipping documentation.
  • Import / Export Coordination: support compliance with import/export requirements and customs documentation.
  • Production & Cross-Functional Coordination: work with Engineering, Manufacturing, R&D, Chemistry Lab and others to ensure material availability.
  • Aftermarket & Spare Parts Support: manage spare-parts availability for maintenance and customer support.
  • Cost & Process Improvement: identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve logistics efficiency while maintaining quality.
  • Systems, Data & Reporting: use ERP systems to maintain records, monitor data and support data-driven decisions.
  • Supply Chain Risk Management: identify risks and implement mitigation actions.
  • Other Duties: perform other duties as assigned.

Our IoT-enabledanalyzersand AI-driven analytics help industries detect pollutants at source,optimizeprocesses, and improve both profitability and sustainability.

Position Overview:

The Supply Chain Executive will manage andoptimizeAprisium’send-to-end supply chain for our IoT sensoranalysers, chemicals and equipment for our R&D, ChemistryLaband associated components. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient,timely, and cost-effective delivery of materials and products, from procurement through manufacturing and distribution. This position is integral to ensure that our technology is produced at scale and deployed to our customers on a subscription basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Supply Chain Management:Manage and coordinate procurement, inventory, warehousing, production planning,logisticsand distribution tomaintaina reliable end-to-end supply flow.

  • Procurement & Supplier Management:Source materials and components,maintainsupplier relationships, obtain and evaluate quotations, negotiate commercial terms whereappropriate, and monitor supplier quality, leadtimeand delivery performance.

  • Inventory & Demand Planning:Maintainappropriate stocklevels based on demand forecasts, productionschedulesand customer deployments;monitorinventory movement andidentifyrisks of shortages, excess or obsolete stock.

  • Logistics & Distribution:Coordinate domestic and international shipments of products, components and spare parts, including shipments to ASEAN and Scandinavian markets.Prepare andmaintainrelevant shipping andlogisticsdocumentation and coordinate with freight forwarders andlogisticspartners.

  • Import / Export Coordination:Support compliance with applicable import/export requirements, customsdocumentationand transportation requirements for cross-border movements.

  • Production & Cross-Functional Coordination:Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, R&D, ChemistryLaband other internal stakeholders to ensuretimelyavailability of materials for assembly,testingand deployment, and resolve supply issues that may affect project timelines.

  • Aftermarket & Spare Parts Support:Managespare-partsavailability for maintenance,repairand customer support activities, including replenishment planning andtimelyfulfilment of parts requirements.

  • Cost & Process Improvement:Identifyopportunities to improve purchasing costs,logisticsefficiency, inventoryutilisationand supply-chain processes whilemaintainingquality and service levels.

  • Systems, Data & Reporting:Use ERP, inventory or supply-chain systems tomaintainaccuraterecords, monitor key supply-chain data, prepare reports and support data-driven decisions on inventory, cost, leadtimeand supplier performance.

  • Supply Chain Risk Management:Identifypotential supply risks such as supplier delays, shortages, qualityissuesorlogisticsdisruptions, and implementappropriate mitigationand contingency actions.

  • Other Duties:Perform other reasonable duties and projects assigned by management from time totime..

Qualifications andRequirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum2years of experience in supply chain management,logistics, or procurement roles, preferably in a manufacturing or technology company.

  • Experience working in industries with IoT devices, electrochemical sensors, or fluidics is a plus.

  • Familiarity with international supply chain processes and regulations, especiallyacross China and Europe is desirable

  • Strong knowledge of supply chain and inventory management principles.

  • Proven ability to negotiate with suppliers and manage vendor relationships.

  • Proficiencyin ERP or supply chain management software.

  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and drive decisions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and adapt to evolving needs.
