Job summary

4FINGERS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Supply Chain Executive to maintain adequate supply, source products, manage suppliers, coordinate movement of goods and monitor inventory to ensure cost-efficient operations across the chain.

The role requires hands-on problem-solving, strong coordination skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally from purchasing to delivery in a fast-paced F&B/Retail environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of supply chain experience in F&B/Retail.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the entire supply chain process to ensure alignment with the demand plan to meet restaurants' needs.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize storage costs by monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages or over stock.
• Perform procurement activities, including sourcing, requesting quotation, price comparison, and issuing purchase orders.
• Collaborate closely with external parties and internal teams to ensure seamless goods movement, timely order fulfilment and material readiness.
• Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance, inventory status and project updates.
• Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance cost efficiency, lead time, and supply reliability.
• Perform any other duties related to supply chain management as assigned.
