Job summary

Leading technology company in Singapore seeks a Supply Chain Analyst to track APAC fulfilment, manage asset inventories, and coordinate with regional teams and vendors to ensure timely invoicing and data accuracy.

The role involves monitoring dashboards, performing variance audits, and supporting site activations, M&A logistics projects, and cross-border shipments with a focus on efficiency and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of asset management and inventory control in a logistics or warehouse environment.
• Experience with IT equipment distribution and/or partnering with courier services.
• Experience using AI to enable processes and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Track APAC fulfilment and flag risks to Asset Manager; maintain daily/weekly cadence and escalate as needed.
• Monitor APAC inventory dashboards; report stock availability and replenishment needs; coordinate cycle counts and variances.
• Track courier/vendor performance; verify monthly invoices and prepare data for reviews; support cross-border shipping and data centre deployments.
