Job summary

Cogent Integrated Supply Chain Pte. Ltd. is seeking an organized Administrative Support in the Supply Chain department in Singapore.

You will handle day-to-day admin tasks, maintain documents, and assist with shipping, procurement, and billing documentation. You will enter data into the SCMS and ensure regulatory compliance. The role requires a diploma or equivalent and about two years of freight forwarding experience, with strong communication skills to coordinate with suppliers, customers, and

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Freight Forwarding.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Supply Chain Department.
• Maintain and organize documents, records, filing systems and databases.
• Prepare, verify and maintain shipping, logistics, procurement, billing docs.
• Enter data into the SCMS and ensure data integrity.
• Ensure records comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in issuing Purchase Orders and monitor outstanding POs with suppliers.
• Maintain supplier, customer and vendor records and docs.
• Develop working relationships with shipping liners, NVOCCs, logistics partners and suppliers.
• Prepare customer invoices and verify vendor/in inter-company invoices for accuracy.
• Monitor freight rates, revenue and costs; perform cost analysis and improve profitability.
• Prepare freight quotations and support for Sales and Tender submissions.
• Ensure revenue and cost capture in financial and operational systems.
• Provide admin and operational support to Operations and Supply Chain teams; undertake special projects as needed.
