Job summary

ST Engineering in Singapore is seeking a Materials Coordinator to take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders, while maintaining accurate inventory records and timely postings of receipts and adjustments.

You will receive and unpack materials, report discrepancies, and pack parts for shipment in an aerospace environment, with 2–3 years' related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Vocational Institute / NITEC (Mechanical, Information system or Logistics) or equivalent with 2-3 year experience in an Aerospace environment

Responsibilities

• Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders
• Ensure accuracy of the company inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns
• Perform and Maintains receipt, binning, posting, records and issuance of materials
• Receives and unpack materials and supplies
• Report damages and discrepancies for goods receipt
• Packing of parts for shipment and dispatch
