Job summary

HP is seeking a Supplies Forecaster to join the Supplies Forecasting & Analytics team in Singapore. You will develop and maintain models and data pipelines to deliver reliable short- and long-term supply forecasts, while improving forecast accuracy and providing insights for planning and executives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science or equivalent or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically, 7–10 years of experience in forecasting, analytics, or a related field; or an advanced degree with 5-7 years of relevant experience in data-driven modeling and business analysis

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain forecasting models and data pipelines using telemetry, historical data, and business inputs to generate reliable short- and long-term supply forecasts
  • Track, measure, and improve forecast accuracy by comparing actuals vs. forecasts, defining key metrics, and performing root-cause analysis to close performance gaps
  • Perform ongoing analysis to generate insights that support business decisions, planning cycles, and executive updates
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and translate data into clear, actionable insights
  • Support business planning by leveraging historical trends and forecast outputs to inform operational and financial plans
  • Drive efficiency by automating and streamlining forecasting processes using standard tools and technologies
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across forecasting models, systems, and outputs
  • Contribute to analytical projects and initiatives by providing structured analysis, insights, and recommendations to support key business priorities

Description -

The Supplies Forecasting & Analytics team provides the Print business with driver-based business outlook and analysis that support both long and short-term decision making and planning. We are looking for a talented professional to join our Supplies Forecasting team as a Supplies Forecaster to play a critical role in developing and maintaining key models and solutions.

Responsibilities
