Elitez Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a capable Production Supervisor to oversee daily CNC machine assembly, lead technicians and ensure schedules are met. You will drive 5S, safety and quality standards while coaching staff and coordinating with the Production Manager to improve efficiency.
The role requires a Diploma in Engineering and 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing; CNC assembly and reading drawings are advantageous. This is a full-time, on-site position in Singapore.
Oversee daily CNC machine assembly activities and ensure production schedules are achieved.
Lead, supervise and train assembly technicians to maintain efficient and safe operations.
Ensure assembly work complies with engineering specifications, quality standards and manufacturing procedures.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, assembly and production-related issues.
Monitor team performance, attendance and productivity while providing coaching and feedback.
Implement quality control measures and investigate recurring defects.
Review technicians' checklists and manufacturing records against specifications and machine tolerances.
Monitor machine downtime, material usage and production progress.
Attend daily production meetings and provide updates on production issues and progress.
Maintain accurate production records and update relevant schedules and Gantt charts.
Coordinate OJT and cross-training programmes for technicians and maintain training records.
Raise purchase requisitions for consumables, tools and calibration equipment.
Drive 5S, housekeeping, quality and safety standards within the production area.
Work closely with the Production Manager to resolve delays and improve production efficiency.
Diploma in Engineering or a related field preferred.
3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or assembly environments.
Experience in CNC machine assembly, mechanical assembly or quality control is advantageous.
Hands-on knowledge of CNC machine assembly and mechanical troubleshooting.
Able to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints and assembly instructions.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good understanding of 5S, HSE and quality standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Able to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
