Job summary

SHR GLOBAL TALENT in Singapore is seeking a Production Operator to oversee daily production operations and ensure output targets are met. You will follow production schedules and monitor workflow efficiency while coordinating with teams to maintain quality.

You must be willing to work rotating night shifts, weekends and public holidays, and you may be required to work overtime to meet targets. Basic lifting and physical tasks are involved.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing or chemical production.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to handle chemical production processes safely and efficiently.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including night shifts.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work overtime when required.
