Job summary

STAFFKING PTE LTD is seeking a Carpentry Supervisory professional to oversee daily factory operations, plan production, and coordinate installation teams for residential, retail and commercial projects at Woodlands, Singapore. The role requires coordinating with multiple teams to ensure timely delivery and quality.

The position offers a basic salary up to SGD 5,000, plus bonus and potential salary increments, with a 6-day work week from 9am to 6pm.

Qualifications

• Carpentry supervisory experience or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily factory operations including cutting, assembly, finishing and manpower allocation.
• Plan production schedules, manage materials and cutting lists, and interpret drawings, blueprints and joinery details.
• Operate and maintain CNC, painting and other factory machinery, ensuring proper calibration and performance.
• Plan and lead site installation teams, including site measurements and coordination for residential, retail and commercial projects.
• Coordinate with factory teams, project managers, designers and contractors on production, delivery, installation and site issues.
• Conduct quality and safety checks, manage project handover and ensure defects/touch-ups are completed on time.
