Job summary

StaffKing Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Carpentry / Joinery Supervisor to oversee factory production and on-site installation for custom carpentry and joinery projects.

The role involves coordinating production, manpower, materials and installation teams to ensure drawings are followed, quality standards met and projects stay on schedule. Hands-on supervisory work with strong background in cabinetry and interior fit-out is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in carpentry or interior fit-out.
• Experience as supervisor/foreman in production and installation.
• Ability to read architectural/shop drawings and cutting lists.

Responsibilities

• Supervise factory production including cutting, assembly, finishing and manpower.
• Plan production schedules and coordinate timber, veneers, laminates, hardware and related materials.
• Read drawings and prepare fabrication instructions.
• Coordinate installation teams and site measurements with project managers.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance on site and factory.
