Job summary

MS11 PTE. LTD. is seeking a site operations supervisor to oversee day to day operations of the facility, including understanding construction drawings and coordinating scheduling and resource planning for on-site activities.

The role involves monitoring material management, enforcing safety policies, supervising staff, and maintaining strong communication with vendors and clients to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Oversee day to day operations of the facility.
• Able to understand construction drawings.
• Schedule preparation, pre-planning and resource forecasting to all activities relating to the project.
• Monitor and control material management on site as to ensure proper storage and unnecessary wastage.
• Foster positive communications and relationships with team members, management, vendors and clients.
• Provide for site safety and security, devise and implement site policies and procedures.
• Supervise and evaluate staff, complete employee reviews; keep accurate records of employee attendance and timesheets; provide positive direction to motivate quality performance, discipline personnel when necessary and appropriate.
• Set project goals and oversee projects to completion, schedule and track assignments.
• Communicate with customers regarding products and services.
• Liase and work closely with contractor.
• Proactive, good team player with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
