Job summary

AB CONTRACTORS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Construction Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, lead a team of workers and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site.

You will plan and monitor schedules, manage materials and budgets, and coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to deliver projects to spec.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage construction workers and subcontractors to ensure teamwork and quality work.
• Safety and Quality Control: Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct site inspections, and perform quality checks to ensure work meets project standards and specifications.
• Schedule and Budget Management: Monitor project progress, manage the timely delivery of materials and equipment, and ensure the project stays within budget.
• Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and other professionals to provide project updates and address any issues.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project records and manage project documentation.
• Planning: Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Permitting: Obtain necessary permits and licenses for construction work.
• Inspections: Inspect construction work to ensure it adheres to drawings, specifications, and regulations.
• Material Management: Inspect materials for quality and ensure timely procurement and availability on-site.
• Issue Resolution: Identify potential issues or safety hazards and implement corrective actions.
