Job summary

CNL PROJECTS PTE. LTD. is hiring a hands-on M&E Supervisor/General Foreman to oversee daily installation activities on site, including plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.

You will lead technicians and foremen, coordinate with contractors and consultants, and ensure work aligns with drawings, safety standards, and schedules. The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to read blueprints and technical docs, with a focus on timely progress, quality

Qualifications

• Experience in construction management or supervision.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction practices, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily M&E site activities, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure seamless work flow.
• Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, method statements, and technical specifications.
• Manage and lead technicians, foremen, and workers, including duty scheduling and performance monitoring.
• Oversee project progress to meet milestones, conducting site inspections to ensure quality control (e.g., SSOC/BCA/SCDF standards).
• Identify and resolve technical problems and site clashes promptly to minimize delays.
• Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and inspection records.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and handing over of systems.
• Maintain records of as-built drawings and materials.

Key Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily M&E site activities, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire protection.
