SRS ENGINEERING SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced M&E Supervisor to lead daily Mechanical & Electrical construction activities across Singapore projects, ensuring safe, efficient execution aligned with specifications, quality standards, and schedules.

The role involves supervising M&E works, coordinating workers and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with drawings, specs, and WSH regulations. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, technical specs and method statements.
• Knowledge of WSH requirements and construction regulations in Singapore.
• Strong leadership, communication and coordination to manage site teams and stakeholders.
• Capable of working independently and managing multiple site activities.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Building Services/ Construction mgmt.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily M&E construction activities and monitor site progress.

• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of M&E systems.

• Prepare daily work schedules, manpower, progress reports and site docs.
• Resolve on-site issues and guide personnel for resolution.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment usage and site housekeeping.
• Conduct site inspections for quality adherence.
• Supervise Electrical, Mechanical, Pump, Plumbing, Data Centre Support, UPS, Telecommunication, and General Building Services works.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced M&E Supervisor to lead daily Mechanical & Electrical construction activities across Singapore projects, ensuring safe, efficient execution aligned with specifications, quality standards, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) construction activities to monitor and report site progress
• Coordinate and manage workers, subcontractors, and site personnel to achieve timely project milestones
• Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, method statements, and project requirements
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of M&E systems to meet project standards
• Participate in site meetings and liaise effectively with project managers, engineers, consultants, clients, and main contractors
• Monitor and enforce compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and site safety practices
• Prepare and manage daily work schedules, manpower allocation, progress reports, and site documentation accurately
• Resolve technical site issues promptly and provide clear guidance to site personnel for problem resolution
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment usage, and maintain site housekeeping to support smooth operations
• Conduct site inspections to verify quality workmanship and adherence to project standards
• Supervise and coordinate works involving Electrical Services, Mechanical Services, Pump Work, Plumbing Work, Data Centre Support Services, UPS & Backup Power Systems, Telecommunication Work, and General Building Services

Required competencies and certifications

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and method statements
• Knowledge of Singapore Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements and construction regulations
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills to manage site teams and stakeholders
• Capability to work independently and manage multiple site activities efficiently
• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Construction Management, or related discipline
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in M&E construction projects, including supervising site operations and subcontractors

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in Electrical, ACMV, Plumbing, Fire Protection, ELV Systems, Data Centre, or Telecommunication projects
• Strong site management skills and ability to manage multiple work fronts under tight schedules
• Familiarity with Singapore construction procedures and coordination practices
• Excellent problem-solving and decision‑making skills in construction contexts
• Good interpersonal skills for effective coordination with consultants, subcontractors, clients, and project teams
• Proficiency in preparing site reports, work schedules, and progress updates
• Knowledge of quality management practices alongside WSH regulations
• Experience in commercial, industrial, residential, and data centre projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation
• Possession of relevant safety certificates or construction‑related training
