Job summary

SAI RKGL CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Supervisor (M&E) to oversee mechanical and electrical works at construction sites in Singapore.

You will supervise daily site activities, coordinate subcontractors, monitor quality, safety, and progress to meet project schedules. The role requires 3–5 years of M&E supervision, strong leadership and communication, and proficiency in MS Office and project documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or related engineering field.
• 3–5 years of supervision experience in M&E construction.
• Knowledge of M&E systems, installation procedures, and site coordination.
• Familiar with Singapore construction practices and WSH regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project documentation.
• Willing to work at multiple project sites across Singapore.
• Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily M&E construction activities on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors, technicians, and site workers.
• Ensure M&E installations comply with drawings and specifications.
• Monitor progress to meet schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, clients, and site personnel.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance (WSH).
• Prepare daily site reports and progress updates.
• Manage site manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Resolve technical and coordination issues promptly.
• Attend project meetings and provide progress updates.
