Job summary

RESOURCE CLEANING SERVICES seeks a dedicated Supervisor to lead cleaning teams for food outlets, hawkers, and food courts in Singapore. The role covers supervising day-to-day cleaning tasks, coordinating with customers, and ensuring timely service.

You will manage a team, perform hands-on cleaning, conduct routine machinery checks, and report major repairs to the operations manager. Night shifts, weekend work, and holiday coverage are required to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Must be contactable by cell at all times, including weekends and public holidays.
• Able to lead a team and perform hands-on cleaning tasks as required.
• Willing to work night shifts and weekends/public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of workers to carry out cleaning tasks (toilets, mopping, vacuuming, jetting, mirrors) within the schedule.
• Carry out routine machinery checks and report major repairs to the operations manager.
• Coordinate with the operations team and liaise with customers to ensure smooth food court cleaning operations.
• Prepare job descriptions and work schedules.

Job description

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Supervisor to report to our Senior Supervisor.

• Must be contactable by means of hand phone at any time including weekend and public holidays
• Must be able to work on weekend and public holidays
• Must be able to work night shift
• Must be able to lead a team of workers, assist and hands-on together with the workers to carry out the assigned work (washing of toilets, mopping, vacuuming, jetting, scraping and washing of mirrors) within the time schedule.
• Carry out routine check of machineries and carry out minor repairs and report to the operation manager if required major repairs or replacement
• Reporting to the Supervisor or other senior managers as required.
• Preparing job descriptions and work schedules

Mainly project was versions type of food outlet / restaurant / hawkers and food court.

Able to coordinate operations team on side and liase with customer to ensure smooth operations in food court with clean,cookery,and kitchen ware supply to individual food stall to run people ,equipment and tools .

For daily house keeping to be carry out and inspection with customer .
