Job summary

GOLDEN DRAGON HUMAN RESOURCES in Singapore is seeking a capable supervisor to oversee daily operations, assign tasks and monitor staff performance to ensure timely completion and adherence to standards.

You will coordinate with management, clients and suppliers, maintain records and train staff on procedures and safety while driving productivity and safety across the team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory/operational experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, supervise and motivate a team.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of independent work and multi-tasking.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Experience in relevant industry is an advantage.
