Job summary

Ming Yan Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated supervisor to oversee daily work, assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure tasks are completed on time with accuracy.

You will enforce safety rules, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with management and other departments to resolve issues and improve workflow. Strong communication and reliability are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant supervisory experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to lead and supervise a team effectively.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer skills.
• Relevant experience in the industry will be an advantage.
