Job summary

Bali Employment Agency in Singapore is seeking a warehouse stock handler to receive, inspect, and unpack inbound stock, ensuring accurate labeling and orderly storage.

You will coordinate stock movements, maintain inventory records, and keep the back-of-house clean and well organized, while supporting the Retail Supervisor to meet daily targets and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse operations.
• Experience in stock checking and discrepancy investigations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and unpack all incoming stocks, highlight discrepancies and damages.
• Manage stock movements including deliveries, transfers, and price labelling.
• Maintain inventory records and report product status.
• Keep Back of House tidy and ensure proper shelf and display organization.
• Support daily operations and assist Retail Supervisor as needed.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and unpack all incoming stocks, highlighting any discrepancies and damages.
• Responsible for stock movements including local customer deliveries, return transfers to warehouse, inter-store transfers and price labelling.
• Keep track of inventory situations and report on product status
• Perform good housekeeping and maintain the Back of House in a neat and orderly manner.
• Clean & tidy merchandise showcase products in shop floor whenever needed, and maintaining the VM display
• Ensure stocks are well organized by style, colour and size, in order to maximize efficiency of movement in the Back of House.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Retail Supervisor / Management.

Requirements:

• Min. 3 year of working experience in the warehouse industry
• Have experience in stock check, take and investigation in discrepancies.
• Have working competency in Microsoft office.
• Meticulous and team player
• Conversant in English. Bilingual would be an added advantage.
• Permanent Sunday and public holidays off
• Adequate computer knowledge, knowledge in SAP program is an added advantage.
• Able to adapt in a fast pace working environment.
